I was treated in a confrontational maner and with what could only be described as restrained contempt and disrespect for his staff's misinformation and mistake. I was told "I don't have time for this" when I was trying to gain information about surgery and options regarding it. He then made me feel stupid and not entitled to have any knowledge, say or opinion in regards to my medical care.
