I have met tons of doctors in Manitoba and among them, Dr Bovell is the best. He is very helpful, responsible, knowledgeable, shows compassion and understanding toward the patient. When the patient (my father) had to do a test, he did not simply make a appointment for him but followed through and made sure it was done on time and even resehculed it to an earlier date to an earlier date to fit our time table. He phoned us personally to inform the test result. He is so different from other doctors.
