Dr. Jacobs is the doctor for my husband,my daughter, myself my sister, and several other friends and relatives. We are all very happy with Dr. Jacobs who treats us as a true family physician should. We are not just patients, we are individual people, whom Dr.Jacobs treats with compassion and clarity. He is careful to have any tests and specialist referrals scheduled with the utmost haste.He always takes the time to ask about about our family, or our personal interests, each time we see him.Very impressive!
